What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Paypal. We do accept cashier’s checks, cash, wire transfer and in some cases but a credit card must be on file for the car deposit and damage deposit. See damage deposit below above.


Do you offer refunds?

Binkop Lifestyles does not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges of any kind. Binkop Lifestyles goal is to provide you with the superior service. If you have an issue of any kind during your rental please let us know so we can make appropriate arrangements.


Do you have an age limit on luxury rental cars?

Minimum age is 25 years old with a clean driving record. Binkop Lifestyles has the right to refuse a car rental to those with major moving violations, or any other major infractions.


What is your cancellation policy for rental vehicles?

When booking your rental, Binkop Lifestyles will normally ask for a £250 down payment to secure your date; this sum is non-refundable. There are no refunds if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation time/date, and Binkop Lifestyles may collect full payment for any outstanding obligations. Cancellations made up to one week before the reservation may be eligible for a partial refund. Some exceptions may apply to refunds and cancellations, such as, but not limited to, holidays, custom orders, long-term rentals, special events, and exceptional situations.


What’s the difference between event design
and event planning?

Event design and event planning work hand in hand to deliver a successful event. Event design is about bringing your event to life with appropriate colours, themes, seating, etc, whereas event planning co-ordinates the logistic elements and budget management.

Events by Binkop Lifestyles offer tailor made events. This means we incorporate both event design and event planning to create that perfect event.


Can you cope with last minute changes of plan or emergency situations?

We have extensive experience in dealing with the unexpected. We build in contingency measures for all our events and are constantly formulating plans to cope with emergency situations. Rest assured your event is always in the most capable hands.
